My comments in quotes The customer is using a very old product (released in 2009 for Windows XP), on a physically corrupted hard drive, which - miraculously - worked fine for almost a year. Their answer after $99 sorry nothing can be done. Um yeah here are articles that say exactly what I already have and did. FAIL I contacted the company for support. The image corrupted and then i tried to restore. First I followed to the letter the backup and snapshots steps. That is the last thing I can say good about the product and the company. It created the image quickly and boot up was smooth. So initially i thought it was a good product.
